Summary
Support the Loan Syndication & Capital Markets team with several activities related to syndication/club and capital market deals/pitches, internal controls, reports etc.
Main Responsibilities
Execute daily deal tickets of LCA/LCI and other securities, contacting investors.
Update financial markets reports (Debentures, CRA, LS, etc.).
Book EOS, fee templates and other related tasks.
Generate several internal reports and controls.
Execute the CDD process.
Prepare pitches and presentations to clients and internal demands, following senior team guidance.
Follow up on deal closings.
Participate actively in market readings of LS and CM.
Participate in visits/calls with clients and investors, accompanied by senior team members.
Main Requirements
Studying Administration, Economy, Engineering or International Relations; graduation date after Dez 2027.
Strong teamwork skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
Result‑oriented mindset.
Proactive attitude.
English is mandatory.
Spanish is a plus.
