About the Role
The LATAM Account Manager will be responsible for promoting our software solutions to new and existing clients in Latin America, while developing a pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Territory Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted companies within the region.
* Achieve or exceed quota targets by developing effective opportunity plans and maintaining key relationships with assigned accounts.
* Develop and deliver overviews, presentations, and coordinate high-level product demonstrations to new and existing accounts.
* Participate in the development of the assigned region, including account profiling and sales cycles.
* Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.com.
* Support all company promotions and events in the assigned region.
* Foster industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with prospects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator.
* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients.
* Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as within a team.
