We are seeking a strategic, resilient, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager for Key accounts, focusing on our Medical Imaging Systems line.
Location and Scope of Work:
Base Location: Brasília/São Paulo/Minas Gerais/Rio de Janeiro
We are seeking a Key Account Executive with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate different personalities, influence stakeholders, and manage complex commercial environments.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager is an important role to develop and / or maintain the business with key accounts and strategic clients in the designated territory. The purposes are to achieve breakthroughs of Mindray PMLS solution in hospital groups / high-end healthcare facilities. The post holder works closely with regional sales management and regional product line management.
Drive sales growth in hospital groups and high-end hospitals by coordinating closely with channels, sales teams, and marketing, and exploring new strategic partnerships.
Identify and pursue business opportunities across product lines and hospital departments, guiding distributors to follow up and close deals.
Engage directly with key decision‑makers when needed, manage key accounts, and leverage internal resources to maximize business opportunities.
Gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence to shape business expansion strategies and support key projects in both private and public sectors.
Enhance brand presence through events, strengthen relationships with KOLs and reference hospitals, and collaborate with marketing, customer support, and HQ teams to optimize product launches and overall sales processes.
What are we looking for in you?
Proven experience with Medical imaging devices
Experience in key account management, B2B sales and working with distributors.
Strong soft skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer profiles.
Strategic mindset and excellent relationship‑building capabilities.
Residence in Southern Brazil (preferably Rio Grande do Sul).
Advanced english level is a plus
