* Managing the labour process, including updating actuals and forecasts;
* Supporting the buildup of labour-related Balance Sheet accounts and Cash Flow statements;
* Collaborating with HR on workforce planning, analyzing financial data, and developing reports;
* Owning labour reporting packages consolidated by our FP&A team.
