About the Role
We’re building a talent pool for Senior Android Engineers. This pipeline role is for engineers with strong experience, skilled in building high-performance, scalable mobile systems, and following best practices for architecture, performance, and maintainability.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain high-performance, scalable Android applications.
- Design app architecture, implement best practices for performance, memory optimization, and offline workflows.
- Integrate Android platform features, including push notifications, secure storage, sensors, and background services.
- Collaborate with backend, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of Android development practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of professional Android development experience.
- Deep expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality code within project timelines.
- Experience with Jetpack libraries (Compose, Navigation, Room, LiveData, WorkManager).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks for Android (Espresso, JUnit, UI Automator).
- Knowledge of app distribution, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes for Google Play.
Nice To Have
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development (React Native, Flutter) or multi-module Android projects.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, or secure API integrations.
