We are looking for a Business Transformation Specialist who is eager to learn and transform their career, working on a CLT contract.
This role involves working closely with business users, developers, and project managers to deliver impactful technology solutions that enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
* Requirements Analysis and Specification:
o Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
o Create wireframes and mockups to visualize proposed solutions.
* Solution Design and Testing:
o Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
o Develop and execute test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership:
o Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
o Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
* Risk Management and Budgeting:
o Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects.
o Assist in managing project budgets and ensure the use of resources in a cost-effective manner.
* Documentation and Support:
o Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
o Provide ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.
* Continuous Improvement:
o Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents.
o Participate in change management to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Essential Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst in an IT environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Languages: Advanced English language proficiency.
• Tools and Abilities: Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio. Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana. Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
