Senior Scrum Master Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead our customer data ecosystem teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
In this role, you will remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You will coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
Collaborating with product owners, you will manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements. You will track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
A culture of continuous improvement is paramount in this role. You will promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
Additionally, you will work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements. You will facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.
This position requires a strong understanding of industry trends in Agile methodologies and the ability to apply relevant advancements to improve team performance. You will ensure that the team's work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
As a leader, you will provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization. You will drive Change Management through coaching the team and support them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps tools and experience driving the adoption of features among teams to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.
