Job Title:
Technical Support Specialist
This role involves overseeing the operational continuity of global business applications like SAP ECC and S/4, ensuring that they meet Orbia's standards of quality and adhere to company processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop best practices and operational processes for Application Development in SAP ECC and S/4 (ABAP, BTP, Fiori).
* Collaborate with LATAM companies to provide support and guidance on our Service Delivery Model.
* Provide operational support for application/integrations developed in-house or other developments in Legacy Applications when needed.
* Ensure that developments or customizations in the S/4 applications are done following the Digital Decoupling strategy.
* Drive automation initiatives to reduce incidents and improve self-service capabilities.
* Participate in major incident processes and IT Service Desk meetings as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Good understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 Technical and Development functionalities (BTP, Basis, ABAP, Fiori/JAVA, etc.).
* Knowledge of ITIL framework.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efforts effectively.
* Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
