Accounting Professional
As an experienced accounting professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence across our finance team.
* Perform and review complex transaction reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies independently.
* Accurately classify and code complex transactions, including accruals, prepaids, and multi-department allocations in compliance with accounting standards.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules; contribute to month-end close processes.
* Review and approve expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance; provide guidance on expense procedures.
* Handle escalated AP/AR issues, manage aging reports, assist with collection efforts, and maintain vendor relationships.
