We invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the role of Technology Integration Lead at our Alphaville campus, supporting our whole school community in leveraging technology to enrich learning and promote innovation across all sections.
Main responsibilities within the role:
* To lead the integration of educational technology and learning management systems across the school in alignment with our mission and values.
* To support and upskill staff in the use of technology for teaching, learning, and administration through professional development initiatives.
* To collaborate with curriculum leaders, subject teachers, and the ICT team to develop and align technology use throughout the school.
* To develop, monitor, and evaluate the school’s action plan for technology integration and manage the educational technology budget.
* To oversee the safe and effective use of digital tools and resources, contributing to the development and implementation of safeguarding and e-Safety policies.
* To support teachers in incorporating technology into curriculum delivery and assessment practices.
* To provide support and training for families on the safe and meaningful use of technology at home.
* To coordinate with the Design Technology team and contribute to planning, resource use, and curriculum development.
* To promote the school’s mission through performance management of staff in the Design Technology team.
* To facilitate vertical alignment of digital literacy and technology standards across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary.
* To lead community initiatives through the Tech Integration Committee and provide regular updates on the school’s tech integration strategy.
Required Skills and Attributes:
* A degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or related field (Essential).
* Professional experience in both classroom teaching and technology integration (Essential).
* Strong understanding of learning management systems, digital tools for education, and pedagogical practices related to technology (Essential).
* Experience working with inquiry-based learning and familiarity with IB programmes (Highly Desirable).
* Proven ability to collaborate across different school sections and support adult learners (Essential).
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills (Essential).
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting digital wellbeing and e-Safety (Essential).
* Enthusiasm for fostering creativity, innovation, and student agency through technology (Essential).
