Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkThe position can be filled as a part-time role.** Please submit your CV in English to proceed with the process. **** This opportunity is only open to residents of Rio de Janeiro, and requires working 3 times a week at the SAP RJ office. **The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) serves as the primary contact for SAP Private Cloud Customers of Enterprise Cloud Services, focusing on technical delivery and contractual entitlements, mainly related to S/4HANA private cloud edition as per contract.The CDM manages end-to-end customer engagement from contract signing, including onboarding, ongoing service delivery, architecture and governance coaching, relationship management, and renewal processes.The CDM plays a key role in delivering high-quality technical managed services, supporting Rise with SAP customers in their SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, collaborating with other SAP roles.Key responsibilities:
Engagement ManagementConduct regular/quarterly business review meetings to discuss service quality.Deliver quarterly balanced scorecards with KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction.Create and present monthly service reports.Identify and discuss potential improvements.Conduct service and business planning meetings to understand customer needs and explain SAP's cloud strategy to promote S/4HANA adoption and cloud standardization.Drive transformation towards SAP Cloud Solutions.Delivery ManagementLead onboarding projects and manage technical delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.Advise customers on Business Continuity, Security, and Compliance.Support operations teams in root cause analysis and critical situation management.Coordinate with Mission Control Center if applicable.Ensure feedback is integrated into development and operations.Manage customer release and maintenance activities.Implement quality plans and proactively manage operational security risks.Account ManagementIdentify upsell opportunities and manage customer satisfaction surveys.Review SLA service credit cases and support contract renewals.Oversee sizing and pricing for upcoming changes.Coordinate with SAP stakeholders and participate in governance models.Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and proactively add value through initiatives like VAT.Experience & Educational Requirements1. Experience & Language RequirementsProficiency in English is mandatory;
additional languages are advantageous.Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.Understanding of cloud architecture and IT infrastructure.SAP Basis / SAP ABAP / Infrastructure operation knowledge is beneficial.Strong SAP solutions knowledge, including S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a virtual, dynamic team.Spanish language skills are a plus.2. EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.3.
