* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, driving long-term satisfaction and growth.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
* A strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* A proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and genuine passion for digital marketing.
