We are a fast-growing company powered by data-driven decision-making, ongoing optimization, and a culture of experimentation.Our focus is on creating high-performance funnels and product experiences that scale across multiple traffic sources and international markets.Role OverviewWe are looking for a UX Designer with strong experience in crafting high-converting user experiences for e-commerce. You will be responsible for designing funnels, advertorials, landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and other conversion-focused experiences used in A/B testing and continuous optimization.You’ll collaborate with CRO, Marketing, Design, and Development teams to deliver clean, modern, and scalable Figma designs that directly impact revenue and KPIs.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign conversion-focused product pages, landing pages, funnels, advertorials, and checkout experiences in Figma.Design versatile graphic assets for use across web pages, advertising creatives, and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high visual impact.Work closely with CRO Manager to turn hypotheses into testable UX/UI variations.Create wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, UI components, and design documentation.Collaborate with Developers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of designs.Participate in experiment planning, UX reviews, and data-driven improvement discussions.Analyze insights from A/B tests (preferable) and iterate on winning concepts.Requirements4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in web or e-commerce environments.Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.Proven experience designing web pages, especially e-commerce or funnels.Portfolio is mandatory (web projects, landing pages, funnels, product pages, etc.).Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX best practices.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly structured environment.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow processes and documentation standards.Preferred QualificationsExperience in CRO, A/B testing, or experimentation-driven teams.Experience creating graphic design assets for web experiences, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.Familiarity with A/B testing tools, user behavior tools, and funnel analytics.Experience in direct-response design or healthcare/e-commerce niches.Strong understanding of UX heuristics and behavioral psychology.Data Analysis is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USDWork in a highly data-driven environment with fast testing cyclesOpportunity to directly influence revenue and performance100% remote and flexible work environmentGrowth opportunities in a rapidly expanding global DTC brand
