ServiceNow Technical Expert
This key role focuses on developing and expanding ServiceNow as the core IT platform for our organization. Responsibilities include making hands-on architectural decisions, guiding external partners, performing configuration and development tasks, collaborating with stakeholders, investigating module usage, and representing us as a subject matter expert.
Main Responsibilities:
* Make hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Guide and supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
* Perform configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
* Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow team to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
* Investigate and advise on module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across various modules.
* Ensure platform design follows best practices and avoids unnecessary customization or technical debt.
* Represent us as a subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
