The Role
Position: Senior Sales Engineer - LATAM
General Job Description:
Reporting to a Deputy Regional Manager - LATAM, the senior sales engineer would be responsible for the management of specific DKI Key Accounts and applications within LATAM region to work with our customers to develop business opportunities using DKI's solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer, you role will encompass:
Engage with customers to define scope requirements and specifications
Generate the best competitive technical solution which meet customer requirements
Lead generation of technical and commercial proposals in an efficient and timely manner with a fit for purpose solution composed from DKI and any other third-party products and services
Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to determine appropriate pricing & strategy required to win
Regular Customer engagements.
Promote innovation and drive continuous improvement and efficiency
Translate concepts, develop strategy, and implement change.
Demonstrate customer focus and passion to win in a challenging environment.
Desired Characters:
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while coordinating multiple priorities
Positive "can-do" attitude and technically creative thought
Ability to work, and be effective, as part of a cross-functional team
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills - working knowledge of MS Office based products – especially Microsoft Excel, Word.
