About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our social media accounts, engage with the tech and startup community, and establish a strong network.
As a Community Builder and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating a strategic plan for our client base, representing our brand globally, and establishing a strong network. You will also be responsible for tracking customer satisfaction and ensuring customer success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, account management, sales, or similar environments, as well as a network in the HR/Recruiting Industry. They will be fluent in English and possess a proactive, solution-oriented mentality with great analytical skills.

Requirements
* Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environment
* Network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
* Ambition to stay and grow with the company long term with a focus on expanding our client base
* A flare for sales and negotiation
* An understanding of Recruitment
* A LinkedIn Account
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach
* Efficient and a good attention to detail
* To be accountable for all successes and failures and be ready to take risks and think on your toes
* To be Resilient – your role will involve cold and warm calling and you will need to be persistent in your approach
