Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and key account growth.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts sellers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their growth within the platform.
* Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to expand our presence and offerings in the market.
* Oversight of technology solutions integration, facilitating seamless onboarding and collaboration with partners and KA sellers, enhancing operational efficiency.
* Lead sales management process, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales objectives and exceed revenue goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field, with a proven track record in managing key accounts and partnerships.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in e-commerce or technology industry, with focus on KA seller management and partnership development.
* Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of technology integrations and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
