Senior Project Manager Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, computer science or business administration. They should hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 8 years of experience in IT project management.
* Hands-on development or coding skills
* A proven track record of managing teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals and business analysts
* Experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints and Agile metrics such as burndown charts
Candidates should also possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for success.
Desirable requirements include experience in the Oil and Gas industry, previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset, PMP certification, and CSM. Familiarity with change management, risk analysis and cloud technologies is also beneficial.
