IT Support
This is a permanent, full-time position, working hybrid, with our office based in Victoria,
London, SW1W
The IT Administrator will act as a key liaison between all functions of our business, and have
excellent communication skills, be proactive and have a high level of service and customer
focus. You will support our Global network but with focus on our region NEMEA
Your Mission: Join our team
* Support for all internal notebooks, mobile devices and peripherals (printers, conference
systems).
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Administration and support of Windows and Mac laptops (imaging, standardisation,
troubleshooting, lifecycle management)
* Management of hardware, software (office applications), assets as well as the
procurement of IT components
* Administration of User Access Management systems (e.g. provisioning, de-provisioning,
access reviews, role assignments)
* Technology training for new recruits
* Development of concepts and documentation for our IT infrastructure
* Supporting our office in Irving, Dallas and other remote personal offices throughout the
country
* Setting up of client workspace
* Support for IT network and security infrastructure (e.g. access points, switches,
firewalls, network segmentation, VPN)
* Provide day-to-day IT support to users on hardware, software, connectivity and security
matters
What we are looking for: Your profile
* Associate degree in Computer Technology or related field with certificates such as
MCP, A+ and Network+ is highly desirable
* Completed Vocational Training in the field of IT
* Completed studies in the field of IT
* High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Hands-on experience with both Windows and Mac administration
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN) and IT
security practices
* Practical experience with end-user support
