Job Title: Delivery Excellence Leader
This role involves overseeing the execution of projects for key clients across various technological tracks, leading teams, and ensuring regular updates to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget by collaborating with technology teams.
* Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand project scope and document it according to defined standards.
* Lead teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Ensure quality control procedures and act as a delivery point of contact for customers.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
* Establish and monitor performance metrics for team members.
* Support hiring resources for various tracks and ensure service agreements are signed and invoices cleared on-time.
* Obtain feedback on team performance and course-correct as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management, including onshore/Nearshore/offshore models.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and thought leadership skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
