Business Technical Services Analyst - Latin America & The Caribbean
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team in Latin America & The Caribbean. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and guiding them towards utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* We seek a talented individual with solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, as well as previous experience consulting with clients to meet their business needs.
* A relevant degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
The ideal candidate will be able to participate in the evaluation process of client business requirements, assist in converting these requirements into detailed technical specifications, and gain knowledge of how to identify critical business impact issues from the Service Desk.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client functionality, environment, and documentation, as well as participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
