About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Cutover Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in leading end-to-end SAP technical activities.
You will work closely with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, and business stakeholders to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA cutovers in Asia.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
You will also provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
2. Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
3. Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
4. Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
5. Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* a strong understanding of SAP modules;
* prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects;
* excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;
* strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
* at least 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management;
* at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role;
