About the Social Media Role
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Community Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic content calendar that resonates with our target audience. This involves creating engaging posts, short-form videos, and visual assets that showcase our brand's voice and personality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Strategy: Plan and maintain a comprehensive content schedule that aligns with our brand's messaging and values.
* Creative Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop multimedia content that meets our high standards of quality and consistency.
* Community Engagement: Respond promptly to user comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring a positive and supportive community experience.
* Growth & Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize content strategies.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and community teams to share insights, launch coordinated campaigns, and pilot new platform features or strategies.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.

About the Job
This full-time, remote position is ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru.
