Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refine technical project management methodologies, ensuring seamless governance across the organization.
2. Maintain a comprehensive RAID log to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, guaranteeing timely completion of projects.
3. Document and track key project decisions using a decision log, fostering transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
4. Oversee an action log, holding team members and stakeholders accountable for their commitments and driving successful project outcomes.
5. Implement robust reporting to track project performance against initial baselines, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in technical project management, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Demonstrated expertise in PMO functions, including process standardization, governance, and portfolio management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
