Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative prospecting analyst to engage new business opportunities across the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Map and identify leads and potential clients (agencies, brands, studios, etc.).
* Update and organize contacts in CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
* Make initial contacts via e-mail, LinkedIn, and phone.
* Schedule meetings for the commercial or executive team to present projects.
* Support the creation of segmented prospecting lists and related reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Strong organization and discipline with digital tools.
* Interest in the advertising, audiovisual, and branded-content market.
* Desired experience in B2B prospecting, sales, or commercial support.
* Preference for CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.).
* Curiosity, people-connecting skills, and ability to maintain active follow-ups with empathy.
Working Conditions:
* Remote work within commercial hours.
* Contractual basis (PJ) with possible bonus for qualified meetings.
