In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that process requirements are translated into high‑quality SAP solutions. You will design, configure, document, and support SAP SD processes—driving a Fit‑for‑Standard philosophy and enabling continuous business improvement. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Requirements Engineering Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional IT teams to provide end‑to‑end SAP SD solutions. Analyze and understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications. Consult business partners on system processes and best practices to reduce complexity and development effort. Design and configure SAP SD solutions based on business requirements, prioritizing existing template solutions. E‑Payment & Sales Process Enablement Lead implementations, rollouts, and enhancements related to E‑Payment, including credit card integrations and other payment methods. Manage integrations with third‑party systems, e‑invoicing platforms, and localization solutions (especially in South and North America). Oversee data migration, testing, training, and change management activities for E‑Payment and other SD process areas. Documentation, Quality & Governance Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with legal, audit, security, and internal governance requirements throughout the solution lifecycle. Support knowledge transfer and provide documentation and training for L2/L3 support teams. Continuous Improvement Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to improve operational performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and adherence to standard system functionality.
