Key Responsibilities:
* Develop complex business strategies to achieve plans and goals.
* Lead the development and implementation of business-specific plans and provide strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships.
* Orchestrate collaboration between teams to effectively transition solutions to the global network.
* Identify and assess business needs, recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
* Partner with leadership to develop, implement, and handle programs across various channels.
* Design, implement, and execute processes.
* Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction.
* Monitor and report on performance and work closely with other team members to improve customer experience and ensure integrated service delivery.
Requirements:
* Minimum six years of related work experience.
* Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of six years of related work experience. Typically reflects 8 years in work similar role.
* Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Sales experience and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven expertise in managing change.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
