Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technical Services Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate client business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* Gather and maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and assist with documentation.
* Collaborate with Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams for release management between payment card industry audits and internal projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
