Product Visionary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Designer to join our team as we embark on an exciting journey to revolutionize patient care. As a key member of our founding team, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the core product experience from the ground up.
* You'll work closely with real users (doctors) to solve meaningful problems in patient care, ensuring that our solution meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
* Your expertise will be instrumental in translating early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* You'll lead our founders through the end-to-end product design process, guiding them through research, prototyping, and iteration.
* With your passion for innovative design, you'll help build the design foundation for future hires and product scale-up.
* As the only designer on board, you'll be responsible for communicating design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.
Requirements
* You must be based in Brazil (CNPJ required) and possess advanced/fluent English skills.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive web/mobile prototypes.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions is crucial.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc., is necessary.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills are vital, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders.
* A strong ownership mentality and willingness to take on new challenges are essential for success in this role.

* Prior experience developing SaaS applications would be a significant advantage.
* Leadership experience in engineering or product roles could also be beneficial.
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps would be a valuable asset.
