Project Leadership Role
Our organization seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring key milestones and project goals are met, collaborating with Program/portfolio management teams, and managing project dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, aligning with business strategies and objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success, fostering open communication and collaboration.
* Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups.
* Conduct lessons learned sessions to share best practices and improve organizational performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's desirable or equivalent combination of education/experience.
* Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) from PMI is highly valued; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus.
* 5+ years' experience managing technical staff and projects; proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
* Experience working within a matrix structure; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
