Creative Production Lead Job Description

This role involves managing a team of designers who assemble websites from content, photos, and structured data. Your responsibility will be inspecting work daily to ensure it meets our standards, coaching your team to see what you see, and refusing to let 'good enough' out the door.
You'll review completed work daily to catch weak logos, amateur photo crops, layouts that bury the call-to-action, and other quality control issues. Nothing ships unless it meets our excellence standards.
You'll stay fluid by constantly studying what's working across industries and updating our standards. You'll execute when needed, whether it's refreshing a logo or fixing a layout.
