Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Agile teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with leadership.
About the Role
Our team requires a seasoned expert in Agile practices to facilitate all ceremonies, ensuring alignment with principles. The successful candidate will support and guide one Agile team, with potential responsibility for a second team. They will partner with an enterprise coach to improve team performance and delivery, assist with the implementation and adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, identify impediments impacting team progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Responsibilities
1. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with principles
2. Support and guide one Agile team, with potential responsibility for a second team
3. Partner with an enterprise coach to improve team performance and delivery
4. Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
5. Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or equivalent role
2. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
3. Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a strong plus
4. Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
5. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
6. Experience working with distributed, global teams
