We are searching for an International Assignments Partner who will be the main point of contact and case manager for our international assignees, our internal stakeholders and external vendors involved in the process. This professional works closely with the International Assignments Coordinators to manage assignments, together they form a team that is the spider-in-the-web within the lifecycle of an international assignment. How You´ll Make an Impact: - Central point of contact for all stakeholders in the day-to-day management of short - and long-term international assignments. - Working closely with the international assignment advisor and Coordinators and the rest of the team to ensure smooth execution of our International Assignments program - Managing international assignments, acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family to provide advice in the end-to-end management of their individual assignment - Partnering with external vendors to ensure that all services are provided timely and in a compliant matter, while ensuring a smooth relocation process for our assignees - Participating in projects related to Global Mobility in general and International Assignments specifically - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background: - A bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a relevant field, which includes Business Administration, Tax or Law, as your basis and relevant work experience including managing employee relationships - Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws - Team player with good organizational, planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks at the same time and able to adapt to changing business needs, while maintaining focus on delivering the results within tight deadlines - Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - A confident individual that can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority. Possesses excellent communication skills and can interact with people of different cultures and nationalities. Enjoys work that is complex and detailed in nature. - Fluent in English.
