About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Sao Luis do Maranhao region.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

* Implementing our commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share in the assigned territory.

* Achieving sales objectives through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities.

* Maintaining proactive communication with customers to present quarterly plans, product launches, promotions, and all available sales tools.

* Analyzing data from various tools (Neogrid/Nielsen/IQVIA) to make informed decisions that direct and develop the business.

* Developing and implementing strategies to improve distribution levels, market share, productivity, and customer loyalty.

* Training customer and store teams on new products, campaigns, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong experience in sales, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.

* Proficiency in Google, Office, IQVIA, Neogrid, and Nielsen tools.

* Data analysis skills, including the use of information to generate insights.

* Ability to travel and work independently.
