About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support our training operations in Frankfurt. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of training sessions to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Analyze client training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, and ensure their proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event or program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing as required.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Experience working in an international environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented approach.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
