* Communication: You will communicate with drivers and shippers via phone and live chat to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the delivery process.
* Package Delivery: You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages, meeting customer expectations, and building strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST) and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
* Logistics Experience: Previous experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management is highly desirable.
