Risk management is a critical aspect of any organization, and our team is seeking a skilled Chief Risk Manager to lead this effort.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive risk management frameworks, covering various types of risks including credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks.
* Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework that aligns with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, including stress testing and scenario analysis, to identify potential risks and opportunities.
* Prepare and submit required regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Oversight of margin-account operations, including risk policies for margin lending and virtual asset collateral.
Requirements:
- Legally residing in Brazil.
- At least 7 years of senior-level experience in financial or prudential risk management.
- Strong command of Central Bank of Brazil risk regulations and VASP reporting obligations.
