About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a talent agency as a Community Builder and Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and participating in social selling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the creation of a strategic plan for client acquisition
* Represent the brand globally and establish a strong network within the Tech and Startup Community
* Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Acquire employers seeking tech talent and onboard them to our platform
* Generate leads through proactive outreach
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar fields
* Experience and network within the HR/Recruiting Industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and exceptional analytical skills
* The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capacity to identify business opportunities and market gaps
* Ambition to grow with the organization and expand our client base
* A flair for sales and negotiation
* An understanding of Recruitment
* A LinkedIn account
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach
* Efficiency and attention to detail
