Job Title: Customer Success Manager
This role requires a professional to oversee client relationships, primarily with clinics in the chiropractic, dental, and medspa sectors.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or lead generation, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
* Daily Client Communication: The successful applicant will be responsible for communicating daily with clients via calls, emails, and texts, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date at all times.
* Client Onboarding: This involves guiding new clients through the setup process, ensuring that tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured.
* Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns: The selected individual will review ad and funnel performance on a daily basis, monitoring metrics such as CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
