SAP Technical Cutover Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end technical activities for our SAP S/4HANA project. This role requires strong expertise in SAP modules, configuration, development, and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points. They must also possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects is required.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
