As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with clients from different sectors and access to strategic partnerships in the LMS, LXP, and e-learning universe.

What You Will Do
* Prospect and develop new businesses, identifying decision-makers, conducting meetings, and closing opportunities.
* Understand critical customer needs, challenge traditional learning approaches, and present the business impact that goFLUENT can generate.
* Build Business Cases that demonstrate clear ROI for our solutions.
* Build and maintain consultative relationships with managers, directors, and high-level executives.
* Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure the closure of large opportunities.
* Represent goFLUENT at events and fairs, as well as conduct client visits.
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in SaaS and international markets is a plus).
* Ability to create trust relationships at different organizational levels, including C-Level.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
* Experience or interest in Training, e-Learning, or HR is a plus.
* Active presence in professional networks (such as LinkedIn).
* English level B2 or higher.
* Fluency in Portuguese.
