About the jobThe Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to join us in Brasília, Brazil.In this role, you will have a key focus on both retaining and growing corporate accounts, strong in business development and customer engagement, focus on positioning and cross-selling Red Hat’s offerings and help our customers and partners make business using Red Hat services and solutions.As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you'll need to have an excellent combination of customer-facing sales skills and deep technical knowledge of enterprise software. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while helping grow Red Hat's business.What you will doTranslate Red Hat’s sales strategy into a relevant account-level strategy for each customerDeliver on the account strategy to increase performance and customer success in key accounts, retaining and growing bookings through strategic account planningApply knowledge of use cases and Red Hat’s strategic offering value proposition to identify and deliver opportunities to increase upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across the Red Hat portfolio while increasing presence within accountsCoordinate solutions architects, specialist teams, the customer success team, and industry experts to align Red Hat’s use cases with customer needs, guiding end-to-end sales to develop solutions that deliver business valueCultivate relationships across customer organizations to position Red Hat as a strategic partner to their businessGain trust of senior IT and business executives in key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers and partnersEngage partners, where appropriate, to strengthen Red Hat’s customer value propositionWhat you will bring8+ years of field sales experience with proven record results including working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectationsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrix organization and increase accountability within the account teamExcellent understanding of customer businesses, industry trends, competitive landscape, and Red Hat’s differentiators and value propositionStrategic orientation and value skills to position and sell solutions to meet customer needs and build business cases around ROI and total cost of ownership (TCO)Ability to articulate the hybrid cloud story, the value of Red Hat’s solutions, and Red Hat’s differentiationAbility to cultivate long-term relationships and develop internal advocates across the customer organization, including software and related business teams and rolesProven experience selling complex software solutions to large organizations within the region and to multiple decision makersAdvanced English LevelAbout Red HatRed Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
