Responsibilities
* Serve as a first-level technical contact for international support requests, assisting group companies through a ticket issuance system, global email inboxes, and telephone when necessary.
* Analyze incidents, route user requests, and provide solutions or forward them to specialized teams in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure courteous, accurate, and professional support in accordance with the company's global service standards.
* Collaborate closely with technical teams and specialized departments to ensure quick and effective resolution of support requests.
Requirements and Differentials
* Ongoing or completed degrees in the field of Technology
* Analytical profile, with strong problem-solving skills and strategic vision
* Fluent communication in German and English
