Materials and Infrastructure Assistant I
We are looking for aMaterials and Infrastructure Assistant Ito carry out activities in the infrastructure area, assist suppliers and clients, and handle various documents, following all necessary procedures related to their area of expertise.

Responsibilities:
* Plan, specify, and issue requests for contracting by preparing, issuing, and scheduling service orders in the company's internal systems.
* Preserve civil structures by guiding contract representatives during inspections, repairs, and the preparation of technical specifications.
* Support maintenance work in internal departments and related areas by operating and assisting with necessary equipment such as boats, cranes, ambulances, and vehicles.
* Provide necessary documentation to support fish rescue operations, water and effluent system maintenance, and emergency situations, as well as document and control incidents involving vehicles, boats, area intrusions, and thefts through standard reports.
* Act as the technical representative for contracts related to the cafeteria, property security, personnel transportation, and cleaning and maintenance of internal and external plant facilities, through meetings, feedback, and guidance based on technical standards and internal company regulations.
* Ensure cleanliness and general organization of the industrial area by guiding contracted company representatives in compliance with the company's internal instructions and procedures.
* Monitor the integrity and proper functioning of vehicles, boats, and other equipment by specifying corrective and preventive maintenance services and managing the logistics of the entire process.
* Maintain environmental monitoring structures and equipment through civil maintenance, cleaning, and conservation.
* Ensure, control, and preserve all general equipment, audiovisual resources, and furniture within the facilities in perfect working condition through preventive maintenance and improvements to the layout of existing plant and support village facilities.
* Ensure the monthly measurement of services actually performed by service providers through the issuance of measurement reports.
* Register materials in the company’s specific system.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Completed High School Education
* Experience with inventory management (warehouses)
* Knowledge of various administrative processes and routines in the area of expertise
* Writing and public speaking techniques
* Health and safety standards and applicable regulations
* Technical knowledge in the area of expertise
* Technical or Higher Education in Applied Social Sciences and/or Exact Sciences
