Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our team in a strategic role. This position serves as a key liaison between stakeholders, requiring strong relationship-building skills and operational insight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment services, ensuring delivery excellence.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIRED MANAGERS AND STAKEHOLDERS, OFFERING STRATEGIC CONSULTING AND DATA-DRIVEN RECOMMENDATIONS.
* OVERSEE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE RECRUITMENT DELIVERY TEAM (THE POD), ENSURING ALL SLAS AND KPIs ARE CONSISTENTLY MET.
* ANALYZE OPERATIONAL DATA TO PROACTIVELY SOLVE ISSUES AND DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS IN RECRUITING PROCESSES.
* INFLUENCE AND GUIDE THE TEAM TOWARD ACHIEVING DELIVERY GOALS AND MAINTAINING HIGH CLIENT SATISFACTION LEVELS.
* PRESENT INSIGHTS, UPDATES, AND REPORTS TO BOTH INTERNAL AND CLIENT-SIDE LEADERSHIP IN A CONFIDENT AND COMPELLING MANNER.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
