Job Title: AI Engineering Lead
Main Responsibilities
As an AI Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the architecture, development, and deployment of next-generation agentic AI systems. Your goal is to design scalable, production-grade solutions that transform enterprise operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to ensure technical excellence across all stages of delivery. Microsoft AI Foundry will be a key platform for agent development, and Copilot Studio may be used optionally for few use cases.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Architecting serverless, event-driven workflows using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
* Building and optimizing ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendations using Azure ML, Databricks, and Python.
* Integrating agents with enterprise platforms such as SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath.
* Ensuring observability and reliability through Azure Monitor, logging, and alerting frameworks.
* Defining and enforcing architecture patterns, reusable components, and governance standards.
* Mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
