Job Title: Digital Asset Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies management
* Large-scale digital asset library organization and management using enterprise DAM platforms(e.g., AEM)
* Folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards creation and application
* Quality assurance mindset with human-in-the-loop support for AI tagging tools
* Governance policies implementation and metadata best practices across teams
* Training and onboarding of marketers and content owners on structured DAM systems usage and maintenance
* Familiarity with usage rights, compliance workflows, and content lifecycle management
* Metadata ownership scaling and librarian practices embedding in decentralized teams
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or 3 years of experience in similar line of work.
* 3+ years program or project management experience.
* Experience in training data creation for AI prompt development.
* 3+ years of experience in managing extensive digital asset libraries.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and service mindset.
