This position is part of the Brazil Sales Team located in São Paulo (Capital) and will be remote. In this role, your main responsibilities are, but not limited to: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training.Prioritizes solution allocation to customers through collaboration with all areas.
Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.Provides Commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer.Work in collaboration with subject matter experts (SME) for assistance to install/set-up instrumentation in customer laboratories.
Perform demonstrations and 1st level assistance support. The essential requirements of the job include: Education: Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience Required Skills:Proven presence at Key Accounts and influence with key decision makers.
Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
Travel: 50-75%Must Possess a valid Driver's license.
Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings (locally and internationally)
