About the Role:
* Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules using ServiceNow.
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Participate in testing and deployment activities.
* Evaluate and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with an ITSM focus.
* Familiarity with platform administration and configuration.
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
