About the Company

* The company has established operations across multiple international markets and offers a comprehensive portfolio of diagnostic products serving hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions worldwide.
* To support continued growth in Latin America, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive channel development and business expansion in Brazil.
Compensation:
* USD 55,000 – 70,000 Base Salary + Attractive Performance Incentive (Uncapped Earning Potential)
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company's sales strategy across Brazil.
* Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, channel partners, laboratories, hospitals, and key healthcare customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
* Lead distributor recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.
* Develop territory business plans and achieve annual sales targets.
* Collaborate closely with regional leadership, technical support teams, and marketing functions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
* Support product launches, market penetration, and brand-building initiatives.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above.
* Strong local market knowledge.
* Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the IVD, diagnostics, laboratory, medical device, or healthcare industry.
* Proven experience in channel/distributor management.
* Existing network within laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare distributors is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
* Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-growing international environment.
